The Financially Free Woman Podcast
Welcome to The Financially Free Woman Podcast - where working moms transform their relationship with work, time, and money to create lives that feel abundant in every way.
I'm Sharon, and like you, I refuse to believe working moms have to choose between family time and financial security. That belief system kept me stuck until I decided to transform everything I thought was ‘realistic’ for mothers like us.
After shifting my entire relationship with money (paying off 6-figure debt), time (saying no to promotions that didn't align), and my own worthiness (building multiple income streams while working full-time and raising two kids), I've learned that the biggest barrier isn't strategy - it's what we believe is possible.
In each episode, we dive deep into true transformation:
MINDSET: Shifting from scarcity to abundance thinking - releasing the ‘grateful employee’ mentality and stepping into your power as someone who designs her own path
BELIEFS: Building unshakeable faith in yourself and trust in universal abundance - even when the practical steps aren't clear yet
ALIGNMENT: Creating income streams and career moves that flow from your expanded beliefs about what you deserve
This isn't about tactics or overnight success. It's about fundamentally transforming how you see yourself, your worth, and what's possible for working moms. I'm still on this journey myself, and I share the real inner work alongside the practical steps.
If you're a working mom ready to stop accepting limitations and start creating the abundant career and life you truly want - this podcast is for you.

Whenever people hear that I work full-time, run a coaching business on the side all because I prioritize family, they wonder why and how.
Listen to this week's episode where I share why I do what I do.
I hope it inspires you to get really clear on what you truly want and why you do what you do.
