Design Your Dream Career
This podcast is where I share all the behind-the-scenes processes, actions, and inner mindset work that goes on to build my dream career.
My career has seen me take on roles as an economic researcher, recruiter, HR leader, cafe owner, writer, online course creator, freelance and in-house trainer. I’ve always followed my intuition to do what I’m passionate about and figured out how to make it work.
I’ve been in discussions where hiring/firing, promotion/demotion, bonus/salary and people decisions are made. After 3-decades of doing this work, I use my experience and skills to help women design their dream careers as a way to give back and make a difference in the world.
As my career continues to evolve, I know I can do work I’m passionate about without sacrificing time with my family or providing a good life for them. If a regular mom like me can do it, so can you.
If you're ready to create a career and life that actually fits you, I’d like to invite you to join the waitlist for The Clarity Reset. It’s my 4-week live program for women and working moms who want more clarity, calm, and to do soul-aligned work without quitting your job or sacrificing time with your family. You’ll also get access to my bonus journal to help you start right away. Go to sharonsinghsidhu.com/waitlist to join.

153: The counterintuitive strategy to grow a business you love
Do the work you can't not do. This is how work no longer becomes work, and you work because you want to, not because you have to.
Isn't that what many define financial freedom to be? Yet, many people don't take this leap due to practical and financial concerns about being able to provide for their family.
In this episode, I share the wisdom from others with clout and connections, who have become sought after rather than desperately seeking clients. This is something I'm working on to grow my own career coaching business for moms.
I hope it inspires you to go after your dreams and do the work you love.
