173: Why Energy (Not Hustle) Builds the Business You Want

Sharon Singh Sidhu Episode 173

We’ve been told the secret is to 'hustle harder'. But as working moms, that advice just burns us out.

Here’s the truth: It’s not hustle that creates the business you want - it’s your energy.

In this episode, I share:

  • Why your energy (who you’re being) matters more than your to-do list
  • How to embody the vibe of the woman who already has clients
  • The power of holding two truths at once—fear & faith, career & kids—and still moving forward
  • The daily intentions I set to keep going, even when life gets messy

This is the second pillar of my MES Framework: Energy.

Because it’s not just about what you do, it’s about who you are while doing it.

Listen now and start building your business in a way that feels good, not exhausting.

SPEAKER_00:

Hello there and welcome back to another episode of the podcast. So I'm recording this on a Saturday afternoon and the idea is to get the podcast out. Well, you know, my podcast comes out every uh used to be Sunday. I'm kind of like figuring out when's a good time to have these podcasts be um published and made live. So I used to do it every Sunday, but sometimes it gets really challenging because by the time I actually get down to writing out my notes for the podcast and then recording it and then getting it ready and putting it onto the podcast um kind of like hosting uh platform, and by the time it gets out, it's sometimes kind of like midweek. Um, but anyway, I am now here on the Saturday recording this, it should be coming out in the either tomorrow or the coming week, and you know, nothing went as planned this morning. So, you know, I built my business on the side of my full-time job, and uh our kids and family end up pretty full played. And so usually I would catch up on things like recording the podcast and writing content for the week over the weekend, and I usually do that first thing on Saturday morning before everyone is up. But today nothing kind of went like that, and it's already like almost the end of Saturday, well, kind of like afternoon, late, late, mid, late afternoon already, and I'm just trying to get this podcast recorded because I do have something really important I wanted to share with you, which is related to what I'm saying here, which is well, yes, of course, as working moms, we know that plans sometimes, well, not sometimes, very often don't go as planned. And the second thing is all about the energy, right? I mean, I okay, so let me tell you what's happened. So my son, who is into gold-karting now, had a little bit of an accident yesterday at the track and um hit his head, and we thought it was nothing um much, but then kind of like at 2 a.m. Uh, you know, like last evening, this early morning, uh, we he kind of like asked me whether he should go, you know, go have that checked out, and he's not usually the sort of person who he he usually can kind of tolerate a lot. So when he wakes me up at 2 a.m. and asks me so to you know to go see a doctor, obviously I'm going to be paying attention, right? And so we head on over to um the emergency department, AE, accident and emergency, and um, and then we registered ourselves. So this was like two something in the morning by the time we got there, and uh, it was uh a really long wait. It was such a long wait that we decided to give up our um queue number and we decided to come home because then the uh you know we were saying, well, why don't we just go first thing in the morning to our family doctor and then you know just have him have a look at my son and see if we still need to do anything further. And it it was like so such a such a long day already, you know, full day at work for him, he's also in the military, so full day for him, and then we went karting in the evening and then and all the way through to by the time we got home, it was about like four-ish in the morning, and so we thought, okay, you know what, it's no point. We were gonna wait there for don't know how much longer we hadn't seen the doctor after two and a half hours. And if we by the time we got to see the doctor, and if we had to take any you know scans or tests or x-rays or anything like that, we we would have been there until like the time um the family doctor would be in the clinic, and so we decided to come home and sleep. And so we did that, and then so all morning again, uh, it was kind of uh exceptionally long as well at the family clinic. Uh, for some reason, the nurse was also saying this was a bit of a strange Saturday morning, it's never this crowded. I just feel like sometimes, you know, the universe has a way of um I don't want to say test, but I know that kind of gives a negative connotation, but it's kind of like putting little things in front of you to kind of expand your capacity, right? Uh and I'm gonna put talking about this as well later on in the episode, but uh so we ended up waiting, I think almost two something hours at the family clinic, and by the time we got done with that, and the doctor looked at him, okay. The the good news is it's he seems alright, but the doctor did suggest go get an x-ray and gave us a referral letter and everything, and I um well, we don't know. My son is feeling better, and so he um we're just gonna see how it goes, and if we need to go back to AE, the family doctor told us to go to another hospital that doesn't have such a long wait time. Um, but we'll we'll see how it goes. So now I've got this little window of time that I really wanted to uh share this this podcast episode. I already know what I want to talk about, which is all about your energy, which is the second component of my framework called the MES framework, Mindset, Energy and Systems, which I I already started talking about in the last episode and the episode before. So if you want to hear the first part of it, which is really more about mindset around your identity and beliefs and how they drive your actions, um please go have a look, go have a listen at that last week's episode. But I wanted to continue to the today, this week, with energy, right? And so this is precisely what happened with me today. So it's not just in terms of physical energy. I think we are very um accustomed to think about physical energy when we hear the word energy, but it's also like the emotions, right? Energy is emotion in um it's energy in motion, right? Emotions. And so, you know, um just having to deal with all of these different emotions from last night, the worry, the concern, the fear that something had happened to my son when he called me from the track and said, you know, uh, what happened, and and then the whole kind of physical energy as well, in terms of going in the middle of the night to the to the hospital and waiting and and then coming back home and then just catching a couple of hours and then heading out again to go see the family doctor and then waiting again. And so I just wanted to um talk about energy, and I guess it kind of flows quite nicely into this week's episode. And uh today's episode is all about um you know the energy of embodying our thoughts and our decisions. So last week, like I said, I I talked a bit about your mindset, which is your identity, your beliefs, and how they kind of shape your thoughts, right? And the week before, I talked also about the decision, the decision I made to not have to choose between my career and my family, and instead to find a third way, which is how can I have the career I want and also be there for my family, and also make the kind of money that I want to make to provide the life and have the financial independence and security that I want to have, and so that's what I call like the third path, uh, a different path for us working moms. And so today I wanted to talk about the second component of the MES framework, which is around energy, and specifically when I say energy, I'm really referring to how we embody our thoughts, how we embody the decision, the decision we've made through our actions and what we do, and how we show up and our our intentions and really our vibe, like our being, who are we being, and you know how we talk about someone's got a vibe, like a bad vibe, a good vibe. Yeah, that's exactly what I'm talking about because your identity and beliefs do really uh shape and kind of like uh influence to a great extent how you show up and how you're being what kind of a person are you being, right? So if you are your identity is someone who's uh around like you're you you never have enough, there's a lot of scarcity, then for sure you're going to always be impatient, maybe coming up and showing up impatient, maybe a little bit um short-tempered, or um always running or um you know like running against time. Uh and so that's going to be very different from someone who has kind of the identity of someone who is um very um calm and very confident and very certain about herself, about the future, the about her capability to always figure things out. She's going to come across with a very different vibe. And so today I just really want to talk a little bit more and kind of continue from the last couple of weeks because it's from first of all, we make the decision. We make the decision that maybe we want the third path and the third way, that we don't want to be caught between this work-life balance um and the struggle and this do I choose my career, do I choose my family? Because I I I really feel like I don't know about you, but recently I've been kind of um reading a lot of things about working moms, and um I feel like a better way to look at it is not about how I mean, yes, we know the struggle is real, we know the struggle between uh balancing all of it is real, but I I would rather spend my time and energy and focus trying to figure out an alternative way. Maybe we don't even need to operate within the frame of conventional wisdom, you know, but instead we can actually define our own path in our own way. And so that was the decision episode um two weeks ago. Uh I'll put the link as well in the show notes, but it's about first of all, you make a decision. You make a decision that you're going to find and figure out a different way, and then once you made that decision, you kind of like shift, you figure out what's the kind of identity you need to have, because the identity also shapes your belief system. And so if a person has made a decision and um, let's say has a goal or has made a decision about how she wants to show up, what kind of a life she wants to create, then what kind of an identity do you then need to have, and um what kind of a belief system would this identity kind of shape, right? And and then with these belief systems and identity, that's really going to define how you um how are you embodying this identity of this person and how then are you showing up, right? And how are you being in your day-to-day moments? And so here we are now, we're talking about how are we being, how are we embodying that identity, um, and of someone who has those belief systems that she can actually figure out what this third path is and she can actually make this work. And so um I recently kind of like made it quite public. So part of my uh I guess my action in terms of embodying this new identity of someone who can create this third path and um like make this thing work, like you don't have to choose between your career and your family, uh, is to uh embody this new identity. And this new identity, one of the beliefs is that I can make things work, I can figure things out, and I can I can be successful in on this third path journey or path, right? And so I uh was recently I kind of like started talking more publicly about my 12-month experiment. And I think you if you're following me on LinkedIn, maybe you you've heard me say this. Um, this 12-month experiment that I started in actually this month, earlier this month, and with a goal to create a lifestyle business. So when I say life lifestyle business, what I mean is that I'm doing work that I'm passionate about, and specifically it's work that helps and supports working moms like me and you uh to create this kind of a life where we can do work that fulfills us and um we love to do, and where we have the time, flexibility to be with our kids, to be with our family, and even for ourselves, and you know, whenever we want. We're not kind of um held back or um limited to like a nine to five kind of a model, like you you have to show up to the office at a certain time, and then um you only have weekends and you have a certain limited number of uh vacation days and annual leave, right? And and that we also are able to do all of these things, so do the work that we enjoy and have the time, flexibility that we want, and also we can have make the money that we we want, the money that we need to have the lifestyle that we want, to be financially secure, to be financially independent, free of money worries, which is my definition of financial freedom, right? It's not about having unlimited amounts of money in the bank, but it's really about never ever worrying about money because you know and you're 100% confident that um whatever money that you need, you can uh somehow it you can always make that work, you know, whether you work in a job, whether you um freelance, whether you um hustle on the side, whether you come into you manifest it, you know, you come into some sort of money somehow, some way, uh, but somehow to have that kind of confidence that no matter what, you're gonna be alright financially, right? And so that's kind of my definition of my lifestyle business that I am building over the next 12 months. That's kind of my goal. And if I do achieve this, then I am on the path to be able to eventually retire. And so I put on my I updated my LinkedIn profile that said that I, you know, my goal is to retire in within the next five years. Um, when I am still young enough, fit and healthy enough to actually enjoy retirement. Because most people think that retirement is for when you're like 65 and you're old, and then you're like already in your golden silver years. But what's the point of that, right? We want to actually enjoy our life while we're still able to, and so that's kind of the big scary goal that I put out there in public, and that in itself was so scary for me to do because you know, of course, the first the first thought is wow, I'm telling it to the whole world, I'm proclaiming it, and then what if I don't achieve it? People are gonna think I'm such a complete loser and failure, and and all of that, right? And so I'm just embracing all of that. So, this is how I am being and showing up as the person that I want to be. The successful business owner is going to think like that, they're going to be confident, they're not going to be worrying about, well, you know, what if I don't achieve my goals? In fact, they are going to see the other way, they're gonna do everything it takes to in order to achieve your goal. You don't start off by thinking about how you're going to fail, right? You start off by going 100% in and giving it all that you've got, and then you are shooting for that um goal, and and then you don't think about all of the potential failures because if you think it, then it become you become it, right? And so we want to really focus our thought, attention, and energy on uh actually visualizing ourselves achieving it rather than not, and so this is like an example of what it means to embody a certain identity of a person who has a certain kind of belief system. So my belief system is that I can make it work, that um it's going to happen, I can do it, I can actually live my um live out my kind of dream life and goal right now, and this is one example, one concrete step of what I'm doing. So um the energy that I'm talking about and embodying right in this week's episode, which is all about energy, it's it's also not just about what you do, right? And it's also not about what you say. Like I've said it on LinkedIn, and then of course I'm gonna probably be taking or not probably, but I will be taking certain actions to that is in that is consistent and aligned with someone with that identity and that belief system, but also it's about our intentions, meaning to say that who are we like consciously thinking about who we are being during the day. So, what I do is every morning I do actually set my morning intentions as part of my uh morning kind of morning routine, and I set my intention for the day, and it doesn't have to be very big and complicated and elaborate, but sometimes it's I mean, often it's just really very very simple things like you know, I'm going to be uh positive today, or I'm gonna turn every challenging situation into a positive and empowering one. So, for example, spend all morning all since like 2 a.m. Right? Um, just going in and out of emergency rooms, um, doctor's office, waiting, uh driving, tired, and all of that. And I could I could actually turn that around to say, oh, you know, what a what a tiring last I don't know, 10-12 hours I've had. I'm so exhausted, you know, I'm so drained. Which, yes, physically it is tiring. I'm not going to lie and say that it's not, but um, it's also I've turned it around and also said, you know, I'm I'm grateful that my son is alright. It wasn't anything serious. I'm grateful for the time that we get to spend together, just me and him. I'm grateful for actually learning a little bit more about how the whole um which hospital has got a long way time, which one is a better one to go to, and you know, with the family doctor. So there are many things that we can actually choose to look at differently. And uh and so the intention that I said kind of defines in the morning, kind of defines like how I'm showing up and how I'm being in the course of the day. And that does not that doesn't mean I'm perfect all the time because I'm very human, I've I've got many areas I still want to work on, I'm still very impatient, and I do curse when I'm driving driving and someone cuts me off. Um, and I do sometimes find myself not being the best role model for my kids, and but I think it's about having certain ideal standards that you've already set out in the beginning of the day, and then you um whenever you go off track, which you inevitably will, it's like quickly you can recognize you've gone off track, and so you don't let that derail you and continue to spiral down, but you can quickly say, Okay, I've gone off track, you know, this is where I am, and I said this morning I was going to be like this, so let me get back on track. So um, I think like you know, that that's how it really helps. And so, what's this got to do with anything, right? About building your business or building the lifestyle business? Well, I think it's got everything because your energy and your re intention and how you show up day to day, that is what creates your reality. You know, a a lot of people just kind of sit there and then you know the new year comes and they set a goal, they want to achieve certain things, they go into action. First of all, they start acting before they've got their identity and beliefs right, and so they start acting off the wrong track, right? Um, and then uh and then you're not like intentional, if you're we're not intentional about how we're showing up, then we just go about day to day without even without even like realizing how we are actually creating our reality and through our day-to-day, through our energy, our intentions, our vibe, and how we're showing up. And so, um, it's so important for you to understand your own energy and to learn how to use it to create what you want, right? Whatever that may be, maybe for you is similar, like Kimi. You want to be able to uh do fulfilling work, you you want time flexibility, you want financial freedom, you know, whatever it is that you're trying to achieve, you also need to be aware of how your energy operates, um, how to use your energy in a way that helps you to create that life rather than just be unintentional and not paying attention to how you're showing up every day, moment by moment. It is really a moment by moment, you know, thing. And so what I found to be very useful, which I also share in my starter kit, in case you're oh yeah, in case if you're wondering about this framework I'm I keep referring to called the MES framework. I kind of just came up on the fly with that name, I think on one of the previous episodes. But I thought, oh, that's quite an easy way for us to think about it. Letter M, letter E, letter S framework, which is for mindset, energy, and systems, which are which are really the three components of what I have found to be really very um, I would say have significantly helped me to sign clients in a way that does not, I mean, in my own natural way, that doesn't feel like I need to be always on social media. This is very natural, you know, there's no like hard selling, whole selling, and kind of like feeling yucky about you know sales and DMs and all that. And it's just been really nice. I really enjoyed the way um you know recently my clients come through this methodology, through this framework of your mindset, energy, and system. So if you're interested to find out more, go get the starter kit, it's at sharensingoo.com forward slash start S T A R T. But anyway, back to this um uh framework, right? So today we're talking about letter E, which is the of the MES, so energy, right? So understanding your own energy. I share also in the starter kit about human design. And if you've been following me, you know that I have recently embarked on a human design certification um program with Erin Claire Jones. Uh, and at first, you know, I thought human design was very complicated, but now I realize it is it's complicated for a good reason because it human design helps you to understand your own unique energetic blueprint. And unlike typical kind of like psychometric or personality tests, which are very broad, uh human design really goes into very, very a lot of specifics and a lot of details and a lot of nuance, right? Um, that many of these typical uh tests don't really don't really address uh at such fine granular detail. I I like human design because of that, but of course that means then when you're learning about it and understanding it, it can be a little bit, it can seem a little bit more complicated at first. So human design helps you to understand your own energetic blueprint, which means what draws energy or what drains, what what draw where do you draw energy, and where does energy drain from you? And so you know what to do, you know where your energy comes from, where it goes to, how you're using it, how you're letting, how you're depleting it, how others' energy uh are affecting you, how your energy is affecting other people. And so we also learn how to use our energy, our each of our own unique ways of um energy, right? Using energy to make decisions, you know, like to know what to do, to overcome challenges and um problem solving, um, on what are the actions that we should pursue and what we should not. So, like like what opportunities you should pursue, what are the ones that maybe you should wait on, what are the ones that is for sure it's a no. Um, and that is that you do that in a way that is very specific to you. And it's so helpful because we are bombarded with so much information from all my all the gurus and thought leaders right now, that we can get lost and we can end up following something that is not aligned with our own natural energy, and then we find why is it this is so exhausting and burning me out? Well, because whatever kind of strategy that we might be following might not actually work well with the way we use energy, right? And so it is so helpful in that regard for me. I found that it is really helping me also develop trust in myself that I I know I can trust my own decisions because I know this is what's best for me, even though it might be different from what someone else is saying. And so this is how then you can learn to use your energy to create what you want in a way that feels good rather than feel like you're being controlled by how other people treat you or how external situations make you feel, right? Because energy again is kind of really the emotions, right? Because emotions is nothing more than just energy going through your body, but like energy in motion, right? And so when we can master um our energy, that is so helpful in knowing when we should push or when we should pull. And lately this recurring theme that has been coming out, this recurring idea that's been being presented to me over the past week, is this idea that it really is all about um, I mean, mastering our energy is really all about our ability to hold two opposing ideas, thoughts, energies, right? Um at the same time, and still be able to show up as the person that we said we're going to show up as. Remember the intentions, and that's intention that's based on our identity and our belief system, right? Because we can go through life and i in a day, even right, things can pull us away from our intentions, our best intentions, and they can make us get very annoyed and angry and upset, even though we said that we're gonna be very patient and kind and loving. But sometimes things can show up, people can show up that kind of pulls us away from that, and so the ability to then be able to um experience all that frustration and irritation and and and also at the same time remember that you set this intention to be patient, loving, and kind, and then also to at the same time be able to show up as that. I think like that's something that has been coming up um a few times for me over the past week in the way and in the and it's so interesting the way it's come up. It's like shows that I've been watching. I've been watching that um what is that show? It's about match room, right? And I've been watching and I've been listening to the Kabbalah and I've been listening to uh some podcasts, and I remember this quote from um F. Scott Fitzgerald that always stuck in my mind where he said, the test of a first-rate intelligence is the ability to hold two opposed ideas in the mind at the same time and still retain the ability to function, you know. So it's this ability to care and not care at the same time. Um, and this other quote that I heard on Match Room, like I said, I was watching over the past week by Steve Davis, he's a six-time world snooker champion, and you know, this is how champions are champions. It is to be able to play as if it means nothing when it means everything. Again, this idea of holding two opposing, almost like paradoxical energies, contradictory energies at the same time, right? And this reminds me also of the universal law of relativity, where you know it says that nothing is really good or bad unless we compare it to something else and we label it. So things are they just are. But you know, often we kind of have um to deal with opposing energies, right? And so how do we do this? How do we hold these two opposing ideas and energy at the same time? Because you you can imagine if you can master this ability to care and not care, to play as if it's everything and also it's nothing, right? To show up as the most patient, kind, loving person, and even though you're very frustrated and annoyed and impatient, right? And so this I feel like is is really the core of it. And if we bring it back to as a side hustling mom, to be able to do our jobs and do it well, and also at the same time, we're also running a business on the side, which is a completely different mindset, right? The employee mindset and the entrepreneur mindset is really complete opposite ends of each other. But if you're side hustling, you're doing that back and forth within a day, right? And so we we've got to be able to flow between these two at the same time and hold all of it. And I think, like um, when I mentioned the the Kabbalah, um the Kabbalistic wisdom also talks about this. How do you um put in your full effort, 100% effort, and also um know that actually it doesn't even matter, like none of it matters because if you do understand Kabbalistic wisdom, it is all about it's actually okay. Let me back up a bit. The Kabbalah, the the Kabbalah, what is it? For those of you who don't know, it's an ancient tradition. I am and it is a mystic a mystical interpretation of the Bible of the Old Testament, and uh not that I'm religious or anything, I'm I'm just curious about different I'm just I would say I'm spiritual, and so I don't really subscribe to any religion. I'm more interested in um universal wisdom and teachings. And so the Kabbalah was first transmitted orally, like long, long, long, long time ago, right? And um, it's got some teachings that I really like, and so in um the Kabbalah they talk about the light, about being like the light or the creator, or you can think of it in terms of the universe, right? Um, or source or God, but just this greater being, and so um in in the Kabbalah, they talk about how the light is the creator and it is always good, it's benevolent. And so in the Kabbalah, it's all about how how do we do 100% effort and at the same time also understand that actually that effort it really doesn't matter because even if you did nothing but um it is meant for you, then you will still get it. And so, again, this idea of the opposing energies that we can hold together at the same time, and so this really intrigued me for the past week or so. I mean, I've I've kind of like been playing with this idea for the past few weeks now and trying to put this in practice in real life. How do I do this? Because I observe that this is showing up because, on the one hand, I'm going for everything, right? Retiring in five years, this 12-month experiment, this huge goal, I'm going all out, I want to build a side business that is financially viable and all of that. And then at the same time, I also have doubts and fears. I also don't know if it's going to work out, but I also know I have to 100% believe in myself and believe in it, right? And so, this ability to hold all of these things. I mean, this whole idea of this um opposing energies is kind of something that I'm quite curious about at this moment, and so I've been kind of um experimenting and learning and being curious and trying things out also in my own life about well, how do I go about holding these two opposing energies and ideas on a day-to-day basis, right? And so, how I came to see this in relation to human design understanding, using a human design to help me understand my own energetic blueprint and patterns and rhythms, and then combining that with the Kabbalistic wisdom that there is this idea of this creator, this light. This universal source that wants to give you everything, that it's all set for you, it's all good, and um it's for the highest good of everyone. Okay. And so, how do I combine these two? Like, like understanding how my energy ebbs and flows, like how I should make decisions and how I should overcome challenges using my um my energy flows and rhythms, and then understanding that I still give my 100% effort, but at the same time having the faith and certainty that it's all good, it's you know, everything that I want it is there for me and available for me. All I need to do is just shift my identity and my beliefs and my level of consciousness to be as close to the level of consciousness as the light and the creator, right? And then things still come up day to day. Like sometimes I still have huge doubt about things, I still have huge fears about things, and that's where I bring in the MAP method because the MAP method is um it's really more science-based, it's really all about how we are rewiring the way our neurons are connected by giving simple instructions to um our mind. And so, in the MAP method, again, it's also using this idea of a higher level of consciousness, right? That we all have something like an intuit, intuition or sixth sense. So we all have this higher level of what we call in the map method superconscious um mind, right? The highest level of consciousness in in this lifetime that we have, and so using those simple instructions, whenever the doubt and the fear and uncertainty and the worries and all of that come up, even as I'm trying to hold space for the two opposing energies, and then the way I give those instructions to my mind, which is just simply identifying it and asking my superconscious mind, hey, please go deal with that, and um you know, just do the necessary rewiring. Of course, there are very specific instructions I don't really want to go into here in the episode, but there are specific instructions, very simple one-liner instructions that we can use to kind of like speak to our superconscious mind. It's almost like I guess it is some sort of a self-talk kind of a technique, okay? And so by using human design to understand how my energy moves, by using the Kabbalistic wisdom to have 100% faith and um build on my level of certainty to create the outcome that I want, and then using the map method to kind of smooth out any bumps along the way, I feel like these three things, these three tools have really helped me to get better at holding these two opposing ideas and really start operating and embodying, right? Like being, having the vibe of a true champion, as what Steve Davis would say, right? Play as if it means nothing when it means everything, kind of like holding these two um paradoxical kind of energies, right? And so I wanted to share that with you today, and even with a simple example of you know what happened with my son and myself running back and forth between clinics and still at the same time being able to appreciate the situation um for for what it is and seeing it as a gift and a blessing and an opportunity. So that for me has um been something I've been uh really trying to practice on a day-to-day. So, for you, what can you do? What are your practical steps if after all you've heard you you want to say, okay, so then how do I start? How do I do this? If I also want to learn and practice how to hold these two opposing ideas, because we're often we can often feel like we're torn and we're conflicted, right? We want something and yet we feel like we're stuck. And so I think this is quite a useful, um, a useful practice to have to get good at being able to hold all of it and expand our capacity to hold all of it. Um, and so I've got like maybe a few tips. So, first thing you can do is maybe go get your own human design. It's free on um Erin Claire Jones's website, it's called humandesignblueprint.com. I can also leave that link. All you need is your birthday, your birth time, the city of birth. I think, yeah, these are the three things you just put it in, and then it gives you like a little summary of your type and um your blueprint, and of course, it's just kind of like that's really very high level, and you know, we do go into it into a lot more detail in uh the program. And then the second thing is if you're interested to learn about Kabbalah, right? I mean, David Guillaume, I've kind of been mentioning his work recently also. He now has his own website, davidguilla.com. He's the guy that I've uh initially learned the Kabbalah from, um, and I just found it quite fascinating. It's really like a set of teachings, it's not really religion, like um, but it is, of course, I think it comes from Jewish tradition, I think. Um, and but I just take the parts that are useful and specifically how do you build certainty? I think for us, a lot of us, um, we want to do things, but sometimes it's the doubt that comes in, and that kind of makes us feel uncertain, and because of that, it's difficult for us to proceed with 100% certainty, conviction, and confidence, right? And so I think that the Kabbalah has been very helpful in helping me to build faith and certainty and belief in myself. So you might want to check that out. He's at davidguem.com. He's very he's got very interesting courses because it's like pay whatever you want, right? He'll have a suggested price, but you can pay a dollar if you want to pay a dollar, and so um, and pay whatever you can, okay, to take like the very introductory level courses of um what the Kabbalah is and what is it all about and the teachings and all of this. So I'm always open to different, different um kind of like ideas around spirituality because I believe that we're all here, we are not just in the 3D world, that there is a metaphysical element to it, and um I'm always curious to learn more about that. And so you can do that as a step two, and then um as a step three, very simple one. Download my starter kit, right? It's at sharon singciru.com forward slash start. Again, I talk a little bit about the map method, I talk a little bit about the um mindset energy system, mes framework, and um yeah, and and about these tools that I use, the map method, the human design. I don't think I really talked about the Kabbalah as much in there, but definitely human design and map. And yeah, and I think like that might be a good introduction introductory first steps that you can use. So I hope today's episode has been useful for you. And uh next week I'm going to be talking about letter S, which is all about systems within my framework, and so that would be something to uh that focuses more on maybe more of the 3D tangible physical actions that we do by using systems because for us working moms who are very busy, you know, we it we really need systems to help us um to support us because we have limited time and limited energy, and so that's gonna be next week's episode. So um stay tuned for more. And yeah, that's about it for this week, and I'll talk to you again next week. Bye.
